Every order ships from Australia.

We also ship to selected countries overseas for a flat $20. Free shipping applies to Australian orders only. Your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Refunds

Not happy with your Glowform? Contact us and we'll refund you. There's no need to send it back.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The match promise

If your first Glowform shade isn't the right match for your skin, we'll give you 30% off your next order so you can try another base or depth.

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number.
• Once we've verified your order, we'll email you a one-time 30% code.
• Use the code within 30 days. It applies to your whole order.
• One claim per customer. It can't be combined with other offers.
